The ISO Certification Service of the Association of Translation Companies (ATC) has awarded ISO 17100 certification to Orange Translations in June 2021. The standard defines requirements for the processes, resources and other aspects necessary for the delivery of a quality translation service. The certification process included a number of audits, which were conducted online due to the Pandemic. The auditor looked at our systems for project management, translator selection, translation environment systems and quality assurance, among other things. Follow-up audits will be scheduled annually from next year onward.
