Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic all our staff has worked remotely and we have continued operating normally. In recent days, our registered office at LKG Tower in Makati (Metro Manila) has also re-opened. It is possible for you to enter the building and speak with a receptionist, deliver documents etc. However, if you need certified translations, we strongly encourage you to email use your documents or use the quote request form on our website. For certified translations we generally do not need the originals anyway – scanned copies or photos taken on your smartphone are fine as long as they are clear and legible.
Also, our phone lines remain open, so if you have any questions or are considering coming to the office, please give us a phone call first. In case you do not get a response when calling our landline please try our mobile number, which is also published on the contact page of our Manila translation office.
We will then provide you with a quote and explain the payment process through BDO and UnionBank (we do not accept cash payments at our office anyway). We will mail out the completed translations directly to your address by LBC, as we always have (even before the pandemic). This is all possible for you without leaving your house or office, so please take advantage of it and stay safe.
