Due to the community quarantine measures that the Philippine government has implemented in response to the COVID-19 pandemic we are currently facing a number of restrictions at our Makati (Metro Manila) translation office. We have been open for business and expect this to be the case in the foreseeable future. Part of our workforce has always worked remotely so we have been able to adapt to the situation quickly while minimizing service disruption. I would like to thank our employees for the flexibility and creativity they have shown over the past few days to keep business running.
Currently we are able to carry out translation work and respond to email as usual. However, we are temporarily not able to deliver certified translations within the Philippines because courier services, such as LBC, have been suspended. We are able to send you translations by email, but for delivering any certified hard copies we need to wait until the courier services, such as LBC, resume.
Also, the reception desk at our Makati office is currently closed, so we cannot accept documents there. Therefore, please email us your documents or use the quote request form on our website.
Our phone lines are open as usual. In case you do not get a response when calling our landline please try our mobile number, which is also published on the contact page of our Manila translation office.
We would like to thank everyone for their support and will post another update once operations normalize.
