One of the main markets we serve here at Orange Translations is the legal community. Several factors are important when translating legal work - among the most critical are accuracy, speed and certification.

Accuracy

Translations that will be submitted in court or used for legal contracts or application procedures require the highest level of accuracy possible. We therefore assign translators who:

• Specialize in legal translations
• Have years of experience in the legal field.
• Are certified by the professional organizations of their countries

Many of our translators have priviously worked as lawyers or paralegals or who have an educational background in the field. Upon request we have translations proofed and edited by bilingual lawyers.

Speed

In the legal field deadlines for translations are often extremely tight. Drawing from a large pool of well qualified translators ensures that we can always find a translator who is available immediately. For large projects we can assign teams of several translators, who can complete complex projects faster than a single translator could.

Certification

We are able to certify each translation we provide, so that it can be used for legal purposes. Our "Certificate of Accuracy" is a one page document on Orange Translations letterhead that is singed by the project manager in charge. Upon request we can get the certificate notarized.
