At Orange Translations we handle confidential material every day. This relates to legal material, personal correspondence, technical data and many other types of documents. We have non-disclosure agreements in place with all our staff and freelance translators. Our staff retention rate is high. We select our translators carefully and have long-term trust-based relationships with them.

Data security

Our servers and desktop computers are managed by a professional IT company that ensures state-of-the-art security. We back up data and update all systems regularly to keep everything safe.

Deletion of information

If at any time you decide that you no longer wish to receive communications or no longer want us to keep any copies of your files please inform us by email or in writing and we will delete the data from our records within 3 business days.
