Commitment to Quality
Orange Translations has a stringent quality assurance process in place – covering both linguistic quality and quality of our business processes. This includes how we select and supervise our translators and editors as well as how we train and equip our project managers. We guarantee the quality of all of our translations.
Translator Accreditation
All of our translators go through an in-house accreditation process. We ensure that each translator is a native speaker, is a university degree holder, and has at least 3 years of translation experience in a particular field of expertise. In most cases, we hire translators who are accredited by professional organizations, work from their home countries and have spent significant time in an English-speaking country.
Working Relationships
We maintain long-term working relationships with our translators, which are based on mutual trust. Next to our hiring process and quality monitoring, trust is an important element of our approach to ensure quality. We work with the same translators over time and know our translators very well.
Quality Assurance
We continuously monitor every translator's performance by evaluating responsiveness and reliability and by conducting randomized quality checks (reviewing translations independently by senior translators). We also take into account any feedback we receive from our clients.
